Every item in our shop is made-to-order especially for you. Because production begins as soon as you order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

- Incorrect size or option selected at checkout
- Ordering the wrong item

We will gladly replace or refund your order if the error is on our end, including:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- There was a printing or production error
